Welcome! I’m Dana Thelander with K9 Excellence Unleashed. I have been a dog trainer for over 20 years and have evolved through several different methods of training. I feel that they are all important tools to have in the toolbox. My main focus is on positive reinforcements using a marker training system but feel there can also be a place for corrections in some scenarios. I try to keep an open mind and work the dog in front of me in the manner of which it needs.

I will also give you explanations of different behaviors and show you how to teach them to your dog. I am not currently taking on new clients so I thought this would be a great way to help everyone at the same time.
